DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The rates are subject to change without notice. The rates are inclusive of the following;

• Venue Hire
• Use of crockery/cutlery for own catered lunches (only for 10 pax)

 The rates are ZAR____ (South African Rand) per day. [Refer to the provided quotation / invoice]

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

• To secure a reservation, one (1) month prior to the event we require a 50% deposit of the full value of the quotation, unless otherwise agreed to LANCE VILLA COLLECTION.
• The full payment is required two (2) weeks days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation fee will be charged by LANCE VILLA COLLECTION to the Client, in the event of cancellation of any advance reservation or booking:

• 30 Days prior to event a 15% cancellation fee will be levied on the full value of the quotation.
• 21 Days prior to event a 25% cancellation fee will be levied on the full value of the quotation.
• 14 Days prior to event a 50% cancellation fee will be levied on the full value of the quotation.
• 7 Days prior to event a 75% cancellation fee will be levied on the full value of the quotation.
• 24hours prior to event a 100% cancellation fee will be levied on the full value of the quotation.
